Privacy Policy

InkRush is provided by 新桃源合同会社. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled by the InkRush app for iOS and iPadOS. Last updated: September 28, 2026.

InkRush does not require you to create an account and does not contain advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. It does not collect personal information, advertising identifiers, usage analytics, or crash reports through services operated by the developer. The developer does not collect data from the InkRush app. When you use the App Store, the operating system, or other Apple services, Apple may process related information in accordance with its own policies.

Sound preferences are stored locally on your device, and CPU matches run entirely on the device. Match state, ink-related events, and match results are primarily held in the app's runtime memory. InkRush does not provide developer-operated user accounts, cloud saves, or persistent match history. Some runtime state may remain until the next match begins or until the app process is terminated.

Local multiplayer uses Local Network permission to discover and connect to another player's device on the same Wi-Fi network. The two devices directly exchange data necessary to run the match, such as randomly generated room and match identifiers, ready status, player input, character positions and states, ink coverage, match timing, and results. InkRush does not use your device name and does not require you to enter a player name. This match data is not sent to servers operated by the developer. Local multiplayer traffic is not currently protected by additional application-layer encryption, so this feature should only be used on local networks you trust.

You can use CPU matches without granting Local Network permission. You can change this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network. Sound preferences can be changed within the InkRush app.

Deleting InkRush removes local app data stored on your device. Device backups managed by you or by the operating system are subject to the applicable backup settings. The developer does not maintain player accounts or match history that would require separate deletion.

If the way InkRush handles data changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated, and the date shown above will indicate the latest version. This policy applies to the native InkRush app. The App Store, operating system, and other independently operated services are governed by their respective policies.

For privacy-related questions or requests, please contact inkrush@shintougen.com. If you choose to contact us by email, the developer will receive the email address, message content, and attachments that you voluntarily provide. This information will be used only to respond to your inquiry, investigate an issue, or process a related request, and will be retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes or to comply with applicable legal obligations. Please do not send unnecessary personal information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of support correspondence actually held by the developer by contacting the email address above. Information that must be retained under applicable law may be excluded from such requests. Information you voluntarily provide by email is handled separately from data processing within the InkRush app, and InkRush does not automatically send this information to the developer.
